WCB Last Week in Basketball Review: Warriors, Kings, Lakers, Clippers...

Golden State Warriors…(73-9)(vSAS, @MEM, @SAS, vMEM): The Warriors finished the season on a 4 game winning streak and the all time wins record. In the process of doing that they locked up the number one seed and won a game in San Antonio for the 1st time in almost 20 years. This team has to go down as one of the greatest ever...

Sacramento Kings…(33-49)(vMIN, vOKC, @PHX, @HOU): The Kings finished this season on a high note taking 3 of the final 4 games of the season.  But they still carry a lot of promise into next season. With a lot of veterans and a rising star in Seth Curry the Kings should be relevant and soon….

Los Angeles Lakers…(17-65)(@NOP, @HOU, @OKC, vUTA): The Lakers had their worst season in franchise history. They had scandal after scandal that never truly allowed them to find any team cohesion. Finally the entire season was a Kobe Bryant retirement party that ended on Wednesday night when the Black Mamba scored 60 in his final performance at the Staples Center. The best news the Lakers could hear is that they don't play another game until next season...

Los Angeles Clippers…(53-29)(@UTA, vDAL, vMEM, @PHX): The Clippers are in the playoffs and have secured the 4 seed. This means that they will be playing the Blazers in the 1st round and they also have a returning Blake Griffin. Some think that this makes them true title contenders, I am not one of those people. Even with Griffin the team isnt as good as the top 2 teams in the West (Warriors & Spurs). Overall they will get out the 1st round but i dont think they can get past the Warriors….
